Engines that bring in customers. Agents that do the repetitive work. A command center that shows owners and executives all of it.
One private brand. Fully bootstrapped. No funding, no investors, no inherited network.
I started with $300. No team, no audience, no investors, no friends-and-family round. From that I built an international subscription and e-commerce brand, and I built every piece of it myself: the offer, the funnel, paid acquisition, subscriptions and retention, international fulfillment and logistics, cash flow, and the systems that ran all of it.
Subscriptions grew to about 80% of revenue, the kind that renews every month whether or not anyone is watching. At its peak the business did around $1 million a month with a team of more than 30, and it has now done over $50 million, fully bootstrapped.
Scale like that runs on systems, not heroics. Most of what you see above started as a problem in my own companies that I had to solve first. Now I build those systems for a small number of firms that are serious about growth.
My brand's name stays private by design. It operates in a space where doxxing and harassment are real risks, so I protect it and my team. The numbers are real, and once we are talking I can share proof if you want it.
