For orthodontic practices

Your entire ortho practice, run for you.

New patient exams are softening, and every family that leaves without starting is a $6,000 case walking out the door.

New patient exams, pending families, starts, payment plans, referrals, staff and money, all integrated and all done for you. No setup, no settings, no writing texts or messages. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Built to pay for itself. A few recovered bookings a month can cover the monthly.

Money leaks

Where orthodontic practices quietly lose money.

Families who had an exam but never started. Observation patients who come due and quietly go elsewhere. Payment plans that fall behind. Missed adjustments that stretch treatment and chair time. Retainers never offered. And referring dentists who stop sending patients without a word.

Your command center puts a dollar figure on each one, every week, and tells you who should fix it.

  • Unstarted examsPending families followed up until they decide
  • Observation recallsRechecks booked at the right age
  • Payment plansLate accounts caught before they snowball
  • Missed adjustmentsReminders before treatment runs long
  • RetainersReplacements offered when cases finish
  • Quiet referrersAlerts when a referring dentist goes silent
Money leaks found this quarter: exams that never started, overdue observation patients, payment plans behind, missed visits and quiet referrers
Every business leaks somewhere.
Bring families back

Follow-ups that turn exams into starts.

It writes text, WhatsApp and Instagram messages one family at a time, using what they told you: their worries, their budget, the schedule that works after school. Every message says why that family got it.

Nothing goes out until you approve it. Every campaign is tracked to bookings and revenue, so you know which follow-ups actually pay.

Profit

Know which treatments and offers actually pay.

Production isn't profit. Your screen shows profit per treatment and per chair-hour after lab, materials and staff time, and which offers turn exams into starts.

Software gives you tools. This gives you a finished system.

There's no shortage of orthodontic software. Each one does a piece, then hands you the settings, the templates and the writing. This is the whole thing, built around your practice and run for you.

Patient memory

It remembers what every family tells you.

The treatment plan, the quote, insurance, siblings, school activities and who referred them, all on one card. Your treatment coordinator sees it before every visit, and every message uses it.

HIPAA and patient privacy, built in.

  • Built to HIPAA standards. Reminders never name a diagnosis, access is role-based, every action is logged, and I sign a business associate agreement (BAA) before connecting to anything that holds patient data.
  • Role-based access. Staff see only what their role needs.
  • Masked records. Patient details stay hidden on shared screens.
  • Read-only connections wherever a system allows it, and every action logged.
  • Privacy laws respected, including Japan's personal information law for clinics in Japan.

Questions

What practice owners ask first.

Do I need to change my practice software?

No. It connects to the practice management, payment and insurance systems you already use.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. I connect your systems, set your numbers, limits and messages, and hand you a finished system. Your part is approving what goes out.

How is this different from orthodontic software I can buy?

Most orthodontic software does one piece and hands you the settings. This runs everything in one place, is built around your practice, and is done for you.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. Follow-ups go out by text, WhatsApp or Instagram, whichever each patient prefers.

Who writes the messages?

Nobody on your team. Each message is written for one family, using what they told you, and you approve or edit it before anything goes out.

Does it track referring dentists?

Yes. Every new patient is tracked to its source, and you get an alert when a referring office goes quiet.

What does the monthly fee cover?

It starts at $1,500 a month and covers AI usage, hosting, updates, security, and 1,000 SMS credits a month. One credit sends one SMS segment. Larger groups are quoted in scoping.

What does the scoping agreement include?

A signed privacy agreement and BAA, a map of every system you run, an estimate of your money leaks, a draft of your own screen, and a fixed price for the build. The $2,500 is credited in full to your build.

Is the scoping fee refundable?

No. It is credited in full to your build when the build agreement is signed within 30 days of scoping.

What is an SMS segment?

A single text holds up to 160 characters in English, or 70 in Japanese or Chinese. Longer messages are split into more than one segment.

How are patient records protected?

Staff see only what their role needs, patient details stay masked on shared screens, connections are read-only wherever possible, and every action is logged.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

It is built to HIPAA standards. Reminders never name a diagnosis, access is role-based, every action is logged, and I sign a business associate agreement (BAA) before connecting to anything that holds patient data.

Can I start with one office?

Yes. Add offices whenever you like, and each one shows up on the same screen.

How long until it's live?

Most practices are live within weeks of the discovery call.

Does it work in Japanese and Chinese?

Yes. Your screen and your patient messages work in English, Japanese and Chinese.

Have a question that isn't here?

Start with a free discovery call.

Tell me how your practice runs today. I'll show you where the money is leaking and what your screen would look like.
